Terms of Service Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using the HostingBlade platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

HostingBlade provides web hosting, domain registration, cPanel management tools, and related services as described on our website and order forms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is required for security or legal compliance.

You agree to maintain account security and integrity:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricted access tokens.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information at all times.
• Ensure websites hosted on our infrastructure comply with local and international internet regulations.

You agree not to use our infrastructure for prohibited activities, including:

• Unsolicited commercial email (spam), malware distribution, or phishing operations.
• Unauthorized access, port scanning, or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attempts.
• Hosting illegal content or infringing on intellectual property rights.

Plan prices, renewal rates, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal invoice due date. Refunds are subject to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy.

We target a 99.9% network and server hardware uptime averaged monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance, upstream network outages beyond our control, and force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations.

Domain name registrations and transfers are governed by ICANN and relevant registry regulations (such as .IN Registry). Failure to renew domain names prior to expiration may result in registry redemption fees or domain loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HostingBlade's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident.

You may cancel your active hosting subscriptions at any time via your client portal. HostingBlade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach our Acceptable Use Policy or fail to fulfill billing obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
